This is to explain the fundamentals about treating mental illness while also providing direct connections for the plethora of wonderful resources in your area offering these services free or at reduced costs.

This site is designed to show you the amazing mental health related resources available to you all in one comprehensible place. This includes programs for reducing medication costs, finding free meditation and exercise classes in the area, and obtaining discounted individual and free group therapy to name a few.

EDUCATION

For those looking into what options are available for treatment and needs or wants concise information various topics; we provide information to help determine what type of professional you may be looking for, understanding why medication may help, meditation and exercise benefits, and navigating a support group that best suits you.

This site is fully run by the creators of TMHH. Currently, this website is the main focus of TMHH. If you know of any online, local, national, or international sources missing from this site that you think would help other people on their mental health journey, please contact us! This is a home-grown project and we are happy to expand our community with any help you can offer!

As our organization grows, we plan on expanding our services to educational workshops, business partnerships to spread mental health awareness, and a communal blog for people to share their stories.
