If you are experiencing strong emotions you may not have dealt with before, you may want to seek out therapeutic help. Follow the Resources tab to find the right specialist for you.

Many of these websites and apps require you to go through a questionnaire to better understand what kind of therapist or psychiatrist you are looking for so it is important to answer the questions as accurately as you can. Please remember that these therapy sessions may not be covered under your insurance.
