  3. William James College provides a wealth of information and advice addressing common teen concerns

  4. Houston Kids Out and About has an abundance of virtual classes you can sign up for. Take your pick from academic focused to arts and crafts t0 performing arts and more

  5. Teen Life encourages and empowers teenagers to face life’s challenges through support groups (currently virtual) - remember there is always someone to talk to!

  6. The Wellness Society offers holistic self-help books to work through your metal health journey

  7. Reachout offers useful information and practical suggestions to help you deal with the most common issues


Who should you to TALK?

Sometimes you want to talk to someone, but it’s hard to know who to turn to for open conversations. Maybe try these people in your life:

  1. A trusted family member

  2. A school counselor

  3. A teacher

  4. A school cop
